Construction worker. I stayed here for almost 10 weeks. Working at BP whiting. I will definitely be staying here next time I come to work in the area. Decent hotel for the price. No bugs, quiet, owner is very nice, Hot water, decent bed. What more do you need? Grocery store, laundry, and drug store are 5 mins away.

The rooms are very large and clean compared to more expensive hotels. All rooms have refrigerators and a microwave. There is also WiFi available for your use. You have a choice between one king or two queen beds. While being an older hotel, it is very well kept. I enjoy that the room doors open to the outside instead of a hallway. Feel free to bring along a lawn chair if you are like me and enjoy sitting outside for fresh air. Don’t worry, the walkway between rooms is covered to provide shade and protect from the elements if you choose to sit outside. The best part about this hotel is the management… any issues that may arise, they are quick to respond and resolve with a friendly smile to insure you are satisfied with your hotel experience. I would recommend this hotel for a weekend trip or even a longer stay. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
